Prima Di Prenotare è molto importante sapere:

 

lasciarci sempre un numero di Cellulare abbinato Alla Vostra Prenotazione e tenere il cellulare sempre con voi e che siate rintracciabili, avendo una connessione internet o che sia abilitato alla recezione messaggi e chiamate,se ci chiamate con un altro numero di telefono scriveteci un messaggio e inviateci lo screenshot della vostra prenotazione, se non avete lo screenshot, scriveteci nome cognome data e ora del Tour e numero passeggeri .

Vi ricordiamo che i nostri tour partono dal porto di Capri e Terminano al Porto di Capri (Marina Grande)

se venite da altre zone da Sorrento Napoli Amalfi Positano 
Vi Ricordiamo  che l'isola e distante dai 30 minuti ad 1 ora o più di un ora .

quindi calcolate bene l'ora d'arrivo al punto d'incontro

di Marina Grande Di Capri .

In Caso Di Ritardi noi non cancelleremo il tour attendiamo fino ad un ora prima della fine del tour , ma  se arriverete in ritardo ,le ore verranno sommate alle ore del tour 
esempio : avete prenotato alle 10:00 per 3 ore , arriverete alle 11:00 
il  tour verrà effettuato con un ora in meno quindi 2 ore invece di 3 ore .

i tour possono essere cancellati solo 24 ore prima per ricevere un rimborso.

esempio avete il tour alle 14:00  alle 13 del giorno prima potete cancellare , ma se per la cancellazione dobbiamo affrontare spese e costi  verrete avvisati e saranno trattenuti, come per esempio costi di rimborso o gestione della cancellazione .

con i tour privati fitterete l'intera barca e potete ospitare massimo 6 persone.
 
questi tour privati sono con skipper dell'isola di Capri che sono abilitati al comando della barca ,sono esperti con anni di esperienza tra le acque del Golfo di Napoli e Salerno , Conoscono molto bene L'isola e sono preparati per qualsiasi evenienza ed emergenza.

Navighiamo Rispettando La Natura e seguiamo le norme della navigazione e della capitaneria di porto,
se lo skipper indica che alcune zone sono  pericolose o vietate , vi preghiamo di non invogliare allo skipper di accedere alle aree pericolose e vietate, in caso di controlli e riceveremo una sanzione, la sanzione e la cauzione verrà addebitata  a voi e il nostro skipper è autorizzato a chiedervi il pagamento dell'intera somma della sanzione.

Avere un giusto comportamento, per la vostra sicurezza e quella degli altri,

è buona norma seguire sempre le istruzioni dello skipper.

( in mare bisogna rilassarsi e divertirsi , ma bisogna farlo con la dovuta attenzione)

in caso di danni :

se create danni a cose che sono presenti in barca o che vi saranno date in prestito , lo skipper durante o alla fine del tour ha diritto di informarci di calcolare i danni stimati e chiedervi il pagamento dei danni. 

​Dopo Aver Prenotato o almeno un giorno prima del tour è molto importante che sappiate dove si trova il punto d'incontro e restare in contatto  via messaggi con il numero di Telefono indicato.
quindi 1 giorno prima del tour scriveteci così vi daremo tutti i dettagli per il punto d'incontro  per poter effettuare il tour .

se avete dubbi o domande conatattaci usando l'applicazzione istantanea di messaggi chiamata whatsapp inviateci lo screnshoot completo della vostra prenotazione come riferimento.

in barca non possono essere portati bagagli o borse che superano dimensioni di 60 x60 cm 

​

è essenziale togliersi le scarpe o ciabatte, infraditi  prima di salire in barca 

​

quando siete in barca lo skipper vi indicherà i punti giusti dove posare le vostre cose.

se Mangiate e Bevete a Bordo vi preghiamo di fare attenzione a non rovinare la coperta in legno e alla cusineria prendisole a prua .

navigheremo a seconda le istruzioni e le leggi vigenti imposte dalla legge della navigazione e della Guardia Costiera di Capri 

se  i punti di accesso  in varie zone  sono interdette, lo skipper ve lo comunicherà , se decidete di accederci lo stesso

prevaliamo del diritto di non assumerci responsabilità , quindi tutto quello che può accadere e sotto la vostra responsabilità , civile e penale.

in caso violate le indicazioni e verremmo fermati dalla guardia costiera 

vi chiederemo di pagare la sanzione messa a nostro carico.

in caso di violazioni delle norme di sicurezza a bordo lo skipper può decidere di farvi scendere e finire il tour in qualsiasi momento e non verrete rimborsati.
