Waves Of Capri will fully refund the booking amount in case of cancellation communicated within 24 hours before the trip booking date.

the customer will only pay a commission, taxes and charges
• For cancellations communicated within 24 hours before the booking date of the Waves of Capri Tour, 30% of the total amount will be retained.

• In case of no-show or delays of more than 30 minutes of guests, on the day of booking without prior communication Waves of Capri will retain the entire payment
adverse weather conditions
Before continuing, it is appropriate to explain that meteorology is not one
exact science, especially during the spring or late summer, so we are unable
make final decisions from  24 hours before the start up to 1 hour before the excursion.

In the event that the weather conditions are adverse and prevent the departure of the contracted boat excursion, we will act as follows:
The most logical option would be to try to find an alternative date
that can be enjoyed.

​

In the event that an alternative date is not possible
be offered or customers cannot adapt their agenda to the new date,
we will refund the amount paid in advance, in some cases we can withhold 30% of the expenses, this must be evaluated,
example the weather will change and you do not want or are unable to access the tour we will retain 30%.

the amount of the holdings will be partial, will be based on the taxes, fees and services for rescheduling or canceling the tour.

The refund will be
made within 48 hours, by bank transfer, to the account indicated by
the customer, or if you paid via online booking we will
get your money refunded automatically, available from Stripe in 5 business days.

Regole e politiche aziendali

Waves Of Capri rimborserà integralmente l'importo della prenotazione in caso di cancellazione comunicata entro 24 ore prima della data di prenotazione del viaggio.

il cliente pagherà solo una commissione, tasse e spese
• Per cancellazioni comunicate entro 24 ore prima della data di prenotazione del Tour Waves of Capri verrà trattenuto il 30% dell'importo totale.

• In caso di mancato arrivo o ritardi superiori  a 30 minuti degli ospiti, il giorno della prenotazione senza previa comunicazione Waves of Capri  tratterrà l'intero pagamento
condizioni climatiche avverse
Prima di proseguire è opportuno spiegare che la meteorologia non è una
scienza esatta, soprattutto durante la primavera o la fine dell'estate, quindi non siamo in grado
prendere le decisioni finali da  24 ore prima dell'inizio fino ad 1 ora prima dell'escursione.

Spesso
Nel caso in cui le condizioni meteorologiche siano avverse e impediscano la partenza dell'escursione in barca contrattata, agiremo come segue:
L'opzione più logica sarebbe provare a trovare una data alternativa
che può essere goduto.

​

Nel caso in cui una data alternativa non sia possibile
essere offerti o i clienti non possono adattare la loro agenda alla nuova data,
rimborseremo l'importo pagato in anticipo, in certi casi possiamo trattenere  il 30% delle spese, questo va valutato ,
esempio il tempo cambierà e voi non volete o potete accedere al tour  tratterremo il 30 % .

l'importo delle  trattenute sarà parziale, verrà basato a secondo le tasse, commissioni e servizi per la riprogrammazione o la cancellazione del tour.

​

Il rimborso sarà
effettuato entro 48 ore, tramite bonifico bancario, sul conto indicato da
il cliente, o se hai pagato tramite prenotazione online lo faremo
ricevi automaticamente il rimborso dei tuoi soldi, disponibile da Stripe in 5 giorni lavorativi.
